Due to the handmade embroidery process, there is a 3 week turnaround time for shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.

Expedited-shipping option is available on all orders and processes at a higher priority. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, unless we experience high order volume
